Center for forage crops Krusevac – one of the oldest selection houses in Serbia, founded in 1884, in 1932 it became renowned science institution and in 1961 became the Institute-Center for forage crops. Core business is selection and production of perennial leguminous plants, herbs, mixtures and honeybee products. 11 hybrids of perennial leguminous plants and perennial grasses have been selected so far, as well as various grass-legume mixtures and grass mixtures.
